A Cirkus Workspace Admin can invite our Support team to collaboration in your workspace, so we can get access to help troubleshoot or debug certain issues.
This feature is accessed via the Workspace Options menu (...) > Help >Invite Cirkus Support.
You might be asked to do this as part of an open support ticket, or you can send this request without already having a ticket open with support, and it will start a new ticket.
The Workspace Admin will be prompted for how long the user should stay in the Workspace, and after this time the user will be automatically removed. the options are 1 day, 1 week, 1 month.
At any time the Cirkus Support user can be removed by the Admin.
This user does not count to any subscriptions or limits.
