We all have unexpected bugs, and in the Cirkus mac app it happens too.
If you click on something which causes a crash, you might find that the app crashes again when you restart it.
This is because we try to bring you back to where you left off each time you leave the app.
As well as reporting your crash to us so that we can know about it and fix it, you will need to clear your cache when you restart the app.
To do this hold down the ALT+CMD keys as you start the app.
If the clear is successful, you will be presented with the login page, and you can log in again.
