When you signup to Cirkus, and create your first Workspace, you are on a Trial plan for 30 days.
You can use Cirkus features - Tasks, templates, Projects, Resource scheduling, time reporting, rates and quotes during your trial period.
You will need to enter a credit card during the trial period to keep your workspace active after the 30 day period.
You can add the payment method at any time during the trial, but you will not be charged until the end of the trial.
If you do not add a payment method before the end of the trial, the workspace will become disabled and you will no longer be able to access the information there.
Cirkus Workspaces are billed by member and by the tier of each member.
Only active members are counted towards workspace subscriptions.

Making the most of your Cirkus Trial
First create your workspace
If you signed up on Cirkus web, this may have been created as part of the signup process.
If not, go to the Workspace tab and Add Workspace
Add the Information for your team (you can change any of this later)
When the Workspace is created, click on the name (web), or double click (mac), or tap (iOS) to open the workspace details.
Your workspace has a [Trial] badge indicating the Workspace is on its free trial period. In the Subscription section you can see when your Trial will expire, and Add a Payment method.
You can now invite your Team, set up Projects, add Contacts, and much more.

Trial Ending
When your trial ends, if you have not entered a credit card, your Workspace will become disabled.
If you have entered a card you will be charged for the active members of the workspace on day 30 of the trial and every month thereafter. You can preview your charges any time via the Manage Subscription option

When you have an active subscription you can use the “Manage Subscription option to
- Review upcoming charges
- Update your payment method
- Update business details
- Cancel your subscription
